She envisioned the creation of INDIGART during her business studies at Jönköping University in Sweden, and made it a reality when she immigrated to the United States. María has many years of experience in the non-profit and multilateral sectors managing education and social development projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. María is also a graduate in International Education Policy at Harvard University, and her academic focus has been education for vulnerable populations in Guatemala. She has a degree in fashion design from the Swedish School of Textiles, and presented her graduation collection at the Stockholm and London Fashion Weeks. Nathali has experience in knit, weft and redesign.
